Designed in-house, the Southstar 37 is Salthouse Boatbuilders' flagship powerboat. Although the Southstar 37 has classic lines that capture the elegance of a previous era it is every bit a modern boat from the construction and layout, to the performance.
Set up as a semi-custom boat, a range of layout and engine options are available meaning the Southstar 37 can be tailored to the needs of each individual owner while also taking advantage of the benefits of a production boat.
Depending on engine choice, the Southstar 37 has a top speed of around 30 knots and her planing hull gives a sea-kindly ride.
The wheelhouse and galley can be completely opened up to the cockpit giving a feeling of space not often found on a boat of this size. It also makes a great area for entertaining while the transom drops down to create a practical space for other activities like fishing, diving, and swimming.
